Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Provide actionable insights through financial analysis and reporting
- Support fundraising, investor relations, and M&A activities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and tax requirements
- Advise on capital allocation and cost optimization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in senior finance roles, including CFO or equivalent
- Proven track record in strategic planning and financial leadership
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in bootstrapped software companies or tech startups preferred
- CPA, CFA, or MBA a plus but not required
