Key Responsibilities
- Guide the team in applying Scrum/Agile frameworks effectively
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Identify and remove blockers to delivery
- Shield the team from distractions to maintain focus on priorities
- Promote self-organization and accountability
- Track and communicate key delivery metrics to stakeholders
- Work closely with the Product Owner to maintain a healthy backlog
Qualifications
- 2+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practices
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent preferred
